Cancellation Policy
• Please remember to arrive on time ✨. After 10 minutes your appointment MAY be canceled. If I can still take you in anything past 10mins you will be charged a late fee of $10.
• Please also arrive with bare nails unless you are getting a fill or Soak off. I do NOT work over other nail techs work. Failure to book a soak off you may be refused and charged 30% of your service.
• If you need to reschedule you may do so with the same deposit once before the 48hr mark.
• No shows and cancellations will be charged 50% of service. Please just send me a message at least 48hrs before apt letting me know of any changes.
• Multiple cancellations will result in 100% of the Service being charged.
